Fidelia Osime

Fidelia Osime joined Lafarge in December 2010 and is currently Country Organization and Human Resources Director. Prior to this, she was General Manager, Human Resources, Lafarge WAPCO.
Fidelia Osime spent most of her career in Unilever which she joined as a management trainee in the Marketing function. She moved to Human Resources later and rose to the position of Vice President, Human Resources. While in Unilever, she worked in a number of countries and was involved in several key projects at global level. Stayed in Nigeria.
