Shola Odeyinde is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria and a Member of the Society of Human Resources Management, (SHRM).

Shola holds a Bachelors degree in Mass Communication from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a Masters degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy (MIAD) from ABU Zaria.
