Chris Savva

As a retail entrepreneur Chris Savva gained valuable experience that has served him well in his career as Portfolio Manager for all Fourways properties in the portfolio. Chris’s experience in Fourways has spanned over 20 years and thus he adds a considerable amount of value to Accelerate. His knowledge goes beyond the day to day management of properties with an in-depth knowledge of all property types i.e. commercial, retail and residential. This acumen gained in all aspects of property management, facilities management as well as legal management makes him a great asset to Accelerate. He has been involved in, inter alia, redevelopment and refurbishment of various industrial and commercial properties. Moreover with his keen understanding of retail he is able to advise on tenant mix and letting strategies for developments as well as existed redeveloped stock.
