James Francis Ekow Rhule

James Francis Ekow Rhule began his career as a Tutor at Fijai Secondary School, Sekondi and from there, built on his twenty five (25) years working experience in PR by taking up various positions at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).
• He joined CPC in 2001 as the Public Relations Manager
