Evans Amartey

Evans Amartey joined NIB as General Manager for Operations and Technology in September 2017. Mr. Amartey began his banking career as a Systems Analyst with the Information Technology Department of Ecobank, Ghana in 2001. He later joined uniBank (Ghana) Limited in 2006 as the Head of the Information Technology Department.

In 2014 he moved to Royal Bank as Senior Vice President for Technology and was responsible for setting up the Information Technology Department. Evans Amartey has over seventeen (17) years experience in deploying and supporting software solutions for banking operations and innovative electronic banking products. Mr. Amartey has a Master’s Degree in Information Technology (MSc. IT) from the University of East London (UEL), UK.
