Helen Maku Obeng

Helen Maku Obeng is a Lawyer and an Associate of Agbenoto & Associates. She has over 28 years” experience providing legal and company secretarial services to various local and foreign corporate entities and individuals. She has served as Director on various Boards and currently a Director of Fountaingate Micro Finance Company Limited.

Helen Maku Obeng holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Mergers, Acquisitions and Takeovers from the University of Reading as well as an Executive Masters in Business Administration (Entrepreneurial Management) from the University of Ghana Business School.

Helen is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and was appointed a Notary Public on 12th October 2007. She is also a member of the International Association of the Lions Clubs (LCI), the worlds’ largest humanitarian organisation.
