Francis Ngaruiya
Francis Ngaruiya is a legal expert with over 15 years’ experience. He is a Certified Public Secretary (CPSK), a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, and a Qualified HR Practitioner. His areas of interest include corporate and commercial law, banking and finance law, labour law, dispute resolution, legal risk management and compliance, debt recovery, leadership and corporate governance.
Previously, Francis Ngaruiya has held various roles in the private sector having served at law firms such as Kipkenda, Lilian & Koech Advocates. He has a Bachelor of Law Degree from Moi University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management.
In his current role at Credit Bank, Francis is charged with the responsibility of identifying gaps and coming up with effective process flows, structures and policies, developing strategies for the proper administration of the bank’s bad book and managing the conveyancing, recovery and commercial litigation processes effectively. He is also an advisor to both the Board and Management Team and a Secretary to the Board Executive and Management Executive Committees.
