Flora Okoth

Flora is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya since her admission in 1992, the holder of a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in International Economic Law from University of Warwick, U.K., an Executive MBA degree from the United States International University (USIU- Kenya), a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) where she is registered as a Certified Public Secretary (CPS). Flora has a strong commercial law practice and corporate administration background, having held a number of senior positions in both private and public sector companies at various stages in her career. These include legal practice, insurance, oil and gas, legal consultancies and lecturing in law. She served as a legal advisor at Robins Kenya Ltd, an insurance loss adjustment firm whose operations coveredentire Africa Region. She also worked at the Kenya Pipeline Company Limited between 2003 – 2015 where she served in various capacities, culminating in being the Company Secretary and acting Managing Director (March – December 2015).
