Mr. Baltazar Baltazar Mbilinyi

He joined the bank on 1st June 2009 and he is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania since the year 2003. He holds Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree and Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law both from the University of Dar salaam. He further holds a Certificate as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a Practicing Certificate as a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. He is a member of both the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society. In the field of banking he holds Diploma in Banks and FinancialInstitutes, Strategies and Management from the Galilee International Management Institute, Israel.
