Mr.Job Malekela holds Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance (Business Accounting and Finance) – (BAF): from Mzumbe University .He has also attended various courses in Money Laundering, Fraud Detection and Prevention of Armed Robbery, Business Continuity Management, Loan Documentation and Legal Procedures in Lending, Customer care and Service Quality Initiatives , Money Laundering Control, Stress Testing in Risk Management, Internal Audit Practice – IT Audit, Security and Governance, Performance Auditing, Asset Liability Management , Loan Documentation and Legal Procedures in Lending and Stress Testing in Risk Management
He has worked with the Southern Paper Mills (SPM) Mgololo, Mufindi as an assistant Laboratory Technician, Assistant Manager, Marketing and Transportation Officer for the United Lumber and Forests Products Company Limited. He joined Mucoba in 2005 as credit officer, accountancy and currently is the finance manager of the bank.
