Carol Ayugi

Carol Ayugi was appointed as a director of the Company on 25th June 2018 to fill a casual vacancy and was subsequently elected by the shareholders as a director during the 45th Annual General Meeting held on 29th June 2018 in accordance with the provisions of Article 117 of the Articles of Association of the Company. Ms Ayugi is currently the Managing Partner at MMAN Advocates. Carol Ayugi has over 15 years’ experience in commercial and corporate law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Public Secretary and an accredited mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Branch) and a member of Institute of Directors (Kenya). She holds a degree in Bachelor of Law from The University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
