ADERONKE OLALEYE is GI’s Team Lead, Compliance unit. With over 18 years of forward-looking and dynamic career in Administration, Information Communication Technology and Corporate Compliance.

As lead Compliance Officer of the organisation, ADERONKE OLALEYE is specialized in monitoring, product advisory and regulatory affairs. Given her critical problem solving ability, she has been widely celebrated, especially as she continually excels in her role which entails: risk assessment; information update on changes in relevant laws and regulations, compliance monitoring and education of employees on regulation and its impact to the organisation, investigation of irregularities and non-compliance issues, provision of feedback to business functions on current risk and compliance performance, assisting in gathering internal information in response to regulatory requests, collaboration with other departments to create reliable compliance culture.

Holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Jos. Stayed in Nigeria.
