Chioma Madubuko is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc. A Lawyer with over 30 years’ post call to bar experience spanning legal practice, banking, manufacturing, real estate etc.

Chioma Madubuko is an alumnus of the University of Ife, Ile-Ife, now known as Obafemi University where she also obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Chioma Madubuko has a diversified experience that spans across Litigation, Legal Advisory, Company Secretarial, Credit Risk Management, Corporate Governance, General management and administration amongst others. Stayed in Nigeria.
