Prof Cecil Arnolds
Prof Cecil Arnolds is the Director of the Nelson Mandela University Business School’s Graduate School and his career in teaching and academia spans over three decades. Prof Arnolds is a member of the South Africa Institute for Management Scientists (SAIMS), and serves on the editorial review boards of the Management Dynamics Journal, The South African Journal of Labour Relations and The Journal of African Business.
He has conducted research and published papers internationally, such as his study on compensation, esteem valence and job performance in The International Journal of Human Resource Management. He has also published on the influence of employee commitment on job performance in the South African Journal of Business Management and the impact of job security, recognition, monetary incentives and training on the job performance of blue-collar employees in the South African Journal of Labour Relations.
