Craig Freer

Craig Freer is responsible for Vox’s Cloud Services and believes that while Cloud isn’t a new concept, its adoption in South Africa is fairly unique in that it is being driven bottom-up by SMEs, as opposed to in the US and Europe, where there is a top-down approach.

His mission is to ensure that Vox’s cloud strategy is robust and he has been instrumental in moving up to 80% of the company´s product and services stack into the cloud.

Craig Freer believes that flexibility is critical – customers don’t want a one-size-fits-all approach to infrastructure pricing and /or services.
