Mkhululi Mamba

Mkhululi Raymond Mamba is the Chief Buildings Engineer, Ministry of Publics Works and Transport. He has been the Chairman of the SACU headquarters Task Team (a team established by the Council of ministers to oversee the construction of the headquarters building), Member of the Building Appeal Tribunal and a Member of the Industrial and Vocational Training Board. Mkhululi Mamba has Msc. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, Bsc. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and BSc. (Physics/Maths) + CDE from University of Swaziland.
