Charles Valkin

Charles was the most senior partner in Bowman Gilfillan’s Corporate, Commercial and Financial Services department for many years. He has extensive experience in M&A and financing transactions. Chambers and Partners has regularly ranked him as one of South Africa’s foremost corporate/M&A and banking and finance lawyers. Charles has been the lead lawyer in some of the largest transactions in which Bowman Gilfillan has acted as legal advisors. Charles is currently working on a full time basis as a Special Counsel to Bowman Gilfillan.
