Dean is a skilled career banker with over 40 years experience in Retail, Corporate, Credit, Operations, Commercial and Asset based lending. He boasts of a proven track record for growth of quality business, risk mitigation and staff development. He has good interpersonal and team-building skills. Dean has been exposed to international business environment through attachments to the Corporate and Risk divisions of Barclays Bank Zimbabwe; Kenya and London (Head Office). As the incumbent Head of Wholesale Division, he is responsible for the formulation and execution of the division’s strategic plan to ensure its operational and tactical activities achieve the required results.
