Christian Schaub

Mr Schaub is Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Alexander Forbes. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the people strategy and the delivery of HR services, including talent management, learning, organisational development, total rewards, talent acquisition, people analytics, HR business partnering, and HR shared services.

Prior to Alexander Forbes, Mr Schaub held a number of roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies in New York and London. Most recently, he was a global change leader for HR transformation with the responsibility of designing and delivering a new HR operating model in North America, Europe, Brazil, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. Mr Schaub also developed the global people strategy, embedded new corporate values, implemented new tools and technologies, performed post-merger integration in southern Africa, and served as an HR business partner and recruiter. Mr Schaub began his career with Oliver Wyman as a management consultant focused on product and organisational design in the financial services industry. He has also worked at the Bank of New York, the William Penn Foundation, and Lufthansa German Airlines.
