Mrs. Mutale Chilangwa Chisela

Mrs. Chisela is the Executive Director Human Resources and Operations at Finance Bank Zambia Plc. Her work experience spans a period of 27 years in the Banking sector having worked in various Banks including Cavmont Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Bank. She holds a Masters in Human Resources from University of Liverpool, MBA from University of Lincolnshire (UK) and a Bachelor’s of Science Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (USA).
