Amolemo Daphnie Kagiso-Malejane

Amolemo Kagiso-Malejane is the owner and Managing Director of Lilly Cake Boutique. She has over two years of managing day-to-day business activities at Lilly Cake Boutique, including financial records and bookkeeping, managing personnel and resources, and marketing and operations. Amolemo is a qualified Accountant by profession. She has extensive professional training in business writing skills, business management and administration. She is also a founding member of Botswana Youth Trust. Amolemo is motivated by her aspirations to become one of Africa’s leading manufacturing company owners. As such, she desires to contribute to her country’s economy through job creation and employment, as well as children and youth empowerment programs. Upon completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Amolemo plans to grow her business in order to achieve her goals and aspirations.
