Alistair Franklin

Alistair Franklin graduated with a BA LLB degree from the University of Natal and obtained a MA degree from Oxford University. Alistair Franklin was admitted to the Johannesburg Bar as Advocate in August 1985 and took Silk on 17 November 2000. Areas of practice include commercial and pension fund litigation. He has periodically acted as a Judge in the South Africa Gauteng High Court.
