Milamem Pascale Laoukounda
Laoukounda Milamem Pascale is a Jurist in human rights protection. She is currently pursuing an online master’s degree at the University of Nantes in France. Alongside her studies, she works as an Editorial Secretary of the sub-regional socio-educational newspaper, 100% Jeunes, a magazine for the fight against AIDS among youth. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Fundamental Public Law in Chad, she received a scholarship to pursue a master’s degree in International Human Rights Law and Fundamental Public Law at the University of Lyon in France. Pascale then received a scholarship for an advanced training course in the human rights cluster at the United Nations Center for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa in Yaounde, Cameroon. From 2015 to 2016, Milamem Pascale Laoukounda joined Good Neighbors Chad, an international humanitarian and development NGO in the children’s sponsorship department and then as education officer, where she was in charge of implementing educational projects. She implemented the distribution of textbooks, school materials, reading books, and tables and chairs to 10 schools to improve the conditions of education in different communities. Pascale wants to create an innovative educational center for young people to introduce and teach them entrepreneurship skills.
