Koulouar Kinga Nadege

Koulouar Kinga Nadege has over three years of experience in public governance. She currently serves as a SIGASPE Controller for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Tourist Development where she prepares and oversees the human resource and salary management systems. Prior to this position, Koulouar Kinga Nadege was a Program Assistant for the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA), where she supported the facilitation of inter-party dialogue processes among youth leaders in West Africa. Kinga has considerable experience in simultaneous interpretation and translation from English to French and has worked in a bilingual environment. She received a bachelor’s degree in Constitutional Law and Political Science and masters’ degrees in Public Law and Political Science and Public Administration. Upon completion of the Washington Fellowship program, Kinga plans to mentor young Chadian women leaders in public service with a focus on the development and strengthening of their leadership and communication skills. Kinga was one of 100 Fellows competitively selected to participate in an 8-week internship in the United States following the Mandela Washington Fellowship academic institute. She interned at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation in August-September 2014.
