Regina Aku Luh

As an undergraduate in Financial Management with over 5 years’ experience in administration in the mining industry, Regina Luh understands the importance of being digital literate and having knowledge in the use of ICTs as a woman. Her burning desire to see women and girls succeed and play active roles in an economy’s development pushed her to initiate Femmes 360, a project designed to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and to reinforce digital skills and knowledge in the use of ICT’s among women and girls in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Upon her return from the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Regina not only intends to continue training, mentoring, and organizing awareness campaigns, but also plans to share her acquired knowledge with her fellow countrymen and encourage and lead more women and girls into choosing ICT career paths for the advancement of the Congo’s development(Africa).
