Parfait Ise Maliro Lukuka

Parfait Ise Maliro Lukuka has over four years of experience in ICT project management. He works on web applications, software development, and network and IT equipment design and supply. Currently, Parfait is the ICT and Innovation Director at Maison Phoenix, an organization that provides ICT solutions, architecture and design, civil engineering, procurement, and hardware and construction material supply. Parfait Ise Maliro Lukuka focuses on technological tool design and supply to address key challenges in his community. Parfait has volunteered for Canadian Humanitarian and for the Julien Paluku Kahongya Foundation. Parfait holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University in India where he focused on programming and project management.
