Dolores Mashishi

Dolores Mashishi is the Group Executive Human Capital at Altron. She was formerly the Group Executive: Corporate Services for Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). Prior to joining DBSA, Dolores was the Human Resources Executive for Brait South Africa as well as the Head: Learning and Development for Investec Bank LTD.

Dolores is responsible for strategic people development, and influencing and executing on Altron’s strategy.

She holds a MSc in Education Degree from the University of Eastern Illinois, Chicago and various management programmes through INSEAD, Harvard Business School and Wits Business School.
