Jorge Ignacio Sikota Barley Corn
Jorge Ignacio Sikota Barley Corn is a diligent and resolute young man from Equatorial Guinea. Jorge Ignacio Sikota Barley Corn has two years of experience in the oil and gas industry and ten years of experience in youth leadership. Currently, Jorge holds the position of Supply Chain Commercial Representative for Marathon E.G. Production Ltd., one of the largest producers of condensate/liquefied natural gas and methanol in the Gulf of Guinea. He is also Vice President of Equatorial Guinea Federation of Adventist Youth (FEJAGE) and Co-founder of Arrowing, both organizations dedicated to mentorship and coaching of youth. Additionally, Jorge founded Jorest Group, an umbrella organization dedicated to entrepreneurship initiatives. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from the Valley View University of Ghana(Africa). He is driven by his passion to help youth discover and make use of their full potential as well as creating job opportunities for those in need. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Jorge plans to explore the agriculture industry through AgroGuinea, an organization focused on improving the agriculture industry in his home country by producing and supplying healthy organic food crops, minimizing the need for importation of food, and developing job opportunities.
