Alegnta Gebreyesus Guntie
Alegnta Gebreyesus Guntie is an academician and a clinician in emergency medicine. She has taken the leadership track early on as the former department head and is currently serving as the Chief of Patient Flow and Quality Improvement Officer in Saint Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College, one of the largest public hospitals in the Capital. She closely works with the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders in preparing standards, policies and guidelines and is keen to bring grass root changes through systems development in Ethiopia. Alegnta Gebreyesus Guntie is compassionate, devoted, courageous and a strong advocate for women and youth empowerment. She is passionate about the provision of quality and evidence-based care and aspires to advance her career in healthcare management, trauma training, and research.
