Rita Yaa Ntoso
Rita Ntoso is a trained development practitioner with over thirteen years’ experience in project management, governance, and monitoring and evaluation. She has technical expertise in using participatory methodology for community action. Rita works as a program manager at Socioserve-Ghana, an NGO based in Ghana. She is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects, overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Rita Yaa Ntoso does this by acquiring resources and coordinating team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver project results according to plan. Rita holds a master’s degree in NGO Management and Rural Development from the University for Development Studies in Ghana. Rita is driven by her passion for strengthening communities and women’s and girls’ organizations, enabling them to participate effectively in local development activities and address the issues that affect them daily. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Rita aims to continue serving communities and improving conditions for the poor, vulnerable and excluded.
