Mariame Kourouma

Mariam Kourouma has over eight years of experiences in the private sector. After studying and working in France for 10 years, she returned to Guinea, where she started working as a Business Segment Supervisor for MTN. Two years later, she became a General Manager for Guicopres, a Guinean-based company specializing in real estate. Currently, She is the CEO of Innov’Services, which is a contractual company specializing in providing services to businesses in terms of facility management. Mariame’s goal is to achieve something positive and new for Guinea. In fact, she is the founder of O’burger, a fast food chain specializing in the fusion of African food and chicken specialties. Mariame Kourouma is eager to start developing O’burger throughout Africa, potentially creating many jobs and increasing the living conditions for many people. Interested in the sustainable development of Africa, Mariame is positive that the Mandela Washington Fellowship will be a valuable experience as she plans to apply the skills and knowledge she will learn upon her return to Guinea.
