Mamadi Mariame Traore
Mamadi Mariame Traore has over six years’ experience in Guinea’s banking sector. Currently, he works as a Statistician-Economist at the Central Bank of Guinea. He contributes to the implementation and assessment of monetary and exchange rate policies by conducting studies on economic, financial and monetary issues. Mamadi volunteers in local associations such as Dynamic Development, which advocates for the rural development and education in mining areas. Mamadi Mariame Traore holds an Engineer Statistician’s degree from ENSEA (Cote d’Ivoire), a Master’s degree in Public Decision and Project Management from the University of Clermont-Auvergne (France), a Bachelor’s degree in Banking (ITB) and a certificate in Economics from Sonfonia University of Conakry. Mamadi believes that better monetary conditions and public policies can sustainably reduce poverty in Guinea. After the Fellowship, Traore plans to work on improving the Small and Middle Enterprises (SMEs) financing in Guinea. Stayed in Africa.
