Mamadu Saibana Balde

Mamadu Saibana Balde is the founder and executive coordinator of Tchintchor, an NGO. Mamadu Saibana Balde is a young professional with five years of work experience in the field of youth and education in Guinea-Bissau. Through this work, he is making a difference in the lives of the young people of his country, supporting them to continue their studies. He is currently working with sixty students. Saibana Balde and his organization, Tchintchor, believe that citizenship means acting and knowing that they can change their country if they support young people in everything they do.
