Malerotholi Josephina Maseribane
Malerotholi Maseribane Ntsaba is an aspiring farmer in Lesotho with over three years of experience in layer poultry farming. Currently, Malerotholi owns and manages Egg-cellent Farm Lesotho, which focuses on raising egg-laying poultry birds for the purpose of hatching and producing fertile commercial table eggs. Malerotholi is also the founder and Director of the Lintle For Women and Girl Child foundation, an initiative aimed at empowering and protecting the individual rights of women and girls. Malerotholi holds a diploma in Tourism Development and Management. She is committed to contributing to the development of her country by addressing the importance of agricultural produce and deriving an effective pathway to gradually reduce importation through breeding stock locally and securing the entire supply chain. She also hopes to encourage and promote young farmers in her country. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, she plans to continue her work as a farmer and also establish a network of entrepreneurs that will open up economic corridors in the Southern Region of Africa.
