Kiadinotoavina Genot Ravel Harilanto
Kiadinotoavina Genot Ravel Harilanto has over three years of experience in educational leadership. He co-founded AYHAY, a private Montessori Christian School, where he currently focuses on the school management. He also volunteered as the 2017 YALI Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa Chapter coordinator in Madagascar. Notoavina is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Arts at the University of Antananarivo‘s Department of Anglophone studies, where he researches child leadership development. He is passionate about sustainable development and has dedicated himself to bringing about innovation and change in his country. Kiadinotoavina Genot Ravel Harilanto trusts quality education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Notoavina plans to work in synergy with quality education activists, individuals, and professionals including Montessorians.
