Joseph Jean Noel Jolicoeur

Joseph Jean Noel Jolicoeur has over 10 years of working experience: for two years he was a law enforcer as forest guard and, for the past eight years an educator. Joseph Jean Noel Jolicoeur is currently involved in various organizations dealing with youth development, both in sports and art – administrative assistant for Blue Rovers Sports Club and referee for the Rodrigues Football Association, administrative assistant for the Rodrigues Classical Guitar Society, and coordinator for the Ganding Drama Company. He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Education’s Textbook Production Panel and helps in the writing of texts that promote culture and creole languages. Jean Noel holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational and Instructional Technologies from the University of Mauritius and is enrolling for a master’s degree this year. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship(Africa), Jean Noel plans to continue his work with the youth, and to implement further projects.
