Ndahafa Hapulile

Ndahafa Hapulile has over eight years’ experience in youth leadership and enterprise development. Currently, she is employed as the personal assistant of the secretary general of SWAPO Party, the ruling party of the Republic of Namibia. Ndahafa Hapulile is also a board member of the National Youth Council of Namibia and the founder of Dalarize Development Projects, an organization that offers comprehensive student accommodation solutions, as well as advocating for children’s education by producing educational TV series for children, broadcast on NBC 1 TV. Ndahafa acts as a change agent in her community by coming up with innovative ideas to improve systems, inventing new approaches, and creating solutions to change society for the better. Upon completion of the fellowship, Hapulile plans to roll out her Recycling Plant Project, a two-phased project, which includes a Children’s Recycling Club and a waste-to-energy concept, a tailor-made solution to produce energy through waste management.
