Kahuhu Alphons Koruhama

Alphons K Koruhama is a Namibian IT technician and software developer with three years’ experience in various fields in the community-development sector, particularly gender-based violence activism. Alphons founded and is running Himba Science and Technology cc and Maariu Investment cc, where he focuses on developing human potential and solving social problems. Kahuhu Alphons Koruhama also runs a mentorship program training the youth in self-esteem, identity and goal setting, and organizes seminars on relationships. Alphons holds an honors degree in IT from the International University of Management. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Alphons plans to create a platform for innovative young researchers and software developers to show their initiative in science and technology. He will focus on recruiting and training them at Himba Science and Technology, so they can gain relevant and necessary experience for government and the private sector.
