Abdoulaye Ali Koura

Abdoulaye Ali Koura is a junior researcher at the National Agronomic Research Institute (INRAN-Niger). Ali also volunteers to help farmers living on the periphery of Niamey to identify the correct seeds and chemicals for better production. He created a network, where farmers, seed and chemical sellers, technicians, and researchers interact to increase the farmers’ yields. Additionally, Abdoulaye Ali Koura is a consultant, helping people create their own gardens. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, he plans to establish his own seed company in Niger(Africa).
