Ousmane Maman Ibrahim

Ousmane Maman Ibrahim

Ousmane Maman Ibrahim was born and raised in Niger and graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2007, as well as achieving success in a Dynamic Leadership Certificate with Harvard University and another certificate in communication for development at Ohio University. Since 2009, he’s been serving as a program officer at UNICEF following two years’ service at the Ministry of Youth and Sport. He heads the Adolescent and Youth Development component within Niger’s country office which has provided him the opportunity to engage various stakeholders on key issues regarding awareness and empowerment of young people. By combining these experiences with his earliest engagements as an active young leader serving as volunteer in youth community-based organizations and other international networks, Ousmane Maman Ibrahim understands his responsibility to be contributing to building alternate generations for a sustainable Africa. Once back, he will continue advocating for children and youth in the heart of public policies.
