Phonsina Archane Ebankoli Ngoma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a diploma in Community Development. Phonsina Archane Ebankoli Ngoma has working experience with the UNDP’s UNREDD+, in charity work with street kids at the Hospitality and Benevolence Group in Kenya(Africa), and in volunteering at New Life children’s home. Currently 21 year’s old, she has been doing research for a year and aspires to raise awareness on teenage pregnancies. She is bilingual with excellent knowledge of English and French, and is already linking with ministries and NGOs. Upon return to her country after the Fellowship, she is confident she will have been provided with essential tools and knowledge for motivating people to engage in educating and empowering girls and taking full responsibility for the country’s future. She wants to help shape the future in a more positive way and hopes to continue further studies in gender issues, project management, and child protection.
