Benedicte Joan Daisy Laurel Ouamba Diaboua has over ten years of management experience in human resources development and tourism across sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Currently, Benedicte is the founder and president of a nonprofit organization, Train and Travel, where she focuses on strategic partnerships and digital branding for solidarity tourism and training for disadvantaged women in West Africa. Benedicte Joan Daisy Laurel Ouamba Diaboua is an experienced traveler, having been to over fifty countries on a shoestring. She is passionate about exchanging skills with youth and women when visiting a new country. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Benedicte plans to develop international volunteerism and exchange activities for youth and women as part of her organization.
