Abdulrasak Opeyemi Ejiwumi

Dr. Ejiwumi Abdulrasak is a graduate of the University of Ilorin where he received his training to become a doctor. He has specialized in humanitarian interventions in Northern Nigeria. He’s an expert in the management of severe acute malnutrition, measles, meningitis, lead poisoning, and sexual and reproductive health. Currently, Dr. Abdulrasak is a Medical Officer at the Sokoto State University clinic where he established and coordinates a youth friendly center. He’s hoping to establish a similar center in his hometown, with the goal of reducing the prevalence of unsafe sexual practices and unwanted pregnancies amongst young persons.
