Faridah Onyioizah Ibrahim

Faridah Onyioizah Ibrahim is an independent researcher with interests in education and poverty. Her work aims to explore the policies and institutional responses, or lack thereof, of the Nigerian state to the challenges it faces in education and poverty. Her current project involves exploring the outcomes of educational interventions that have a skills-heavy approach in rural communities. Faridah Onyioizah Ibrahim received a degree in Economics and Comparative Politics from the American University of Nigeria in 2013. Upon her return from the Washington Fellowship, she plans to continue working and developing her research project.
