Nosizwe Nokwe – Macama

Ms Nosizwe Nokwe – Macama was appointed as a non-executive to the Board of Airports Company South Africa in September 2018.

​ She is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, a member of the Board Investment Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. 

Nosizwe Nokwe – Macama has experience in strategic leadership, business development, corporate governance, investment analysis, stakeholder relationship management, risk management, innovation and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). 

Nosizwe Nokwe – Macama has vast experience acquired from both the private and public sectors.  She joined Engen Petroleum in 1998 and has held various senior management positions on the Executive Committee.  

She joined Total South Africa in 2006 as General Manager for Strategy and joined Petrosa in 2012 as Group CEO. She founded Varlolog (Pty) Ltd in 2016 and is the CEO of the company. 

Nosizwe holds an MSc (Engineering) degree and holds directorships in Raise Africa Investments; Africa Oilway; Vuya! Investments; Varlolog; NXCO Mining Technologies; Impafa Technologies; Barnard Explosive Technologies and Training and Harlen Quarry Supplies. ​​​
