Stephen Sebueng

Stephen Sebueng is the Executive Manager: Legal Services and was appointed on 11 January 2018. He holds a LLB.

Stephen Sebueng is an admitted attorney with experience in both corporate and development environments. He completed his articles at Cliffe Decker Hofmeyr in 2006 before joining Bowman Gilfillan in 2007 where he gained exposure to corporate commercial legal work, with a focus on banking and finance. He joined the IDC in 2012 as Senior Legal Advisor before joining Land Bank in the General Manager: Legal Services, responsible for the Bank’s corporate and commercial portfolios in South Africa. He was promoted to the role of Executive Manager of the Legal Services division at Land Bank on 1 January 2018.

Stephen is passionate about finding ways to support Land Bank’s transformation and development mandate through his practical legal knowledge. He is working to strengthen the Legal Division’s position as a valued business partner and an enabler to the delivery of the organisations mandate.
