Sonia Nomthandazo Mbele

Sonia Nomthandazo Mbele is a South African actress who started her acting career when she joined a high school theatre group. Following her wonderful talent in acting, she won the FNB Vita Award for Most Promising New Actress in 1998/1999. She is popularly known for her starring role as Ntombi Khumalo on the SABC1 soapie Generations, from 2003-2011. Sonia has featured in Soul City and Muvhango and in films such as Mr. Bones and God Is African. More recently she starred in iNumber Number & The Imposter. Sonia Nomthandazo Mbele is also a producer & entrepreneur and has recently co produced The Real Housewives of Johanneburg in South Africa.
