Carmen Ward working experience: Prior to joining CCMA worked in the hotel industry. Joined the CCMA on 21 August 1996 and held various positions in the organisation including Dispute Management and Prevention Commissioner; Head of Northern Cape Regional Office from 2005 – May 2012 and became Convening Senior Commissioner of Free State Regional Office from June 2012.
