She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in financial management, audit, risk, taxation, supply chain management, Seven years Executive experience in various Senior Financial and CFO positions. She also has extensive public sector experience from an audit and financial perspective ie over 15 years, Expert knowledge of PFMA; Treasury Regulations; PPPFA; Labour Relations Act and other Public Sector Regulations, Experience in Corporate Governance (King code) and compliance with provisions of the Companies Act and Tax Act, Integrated Reporting; ICT Management and Investments local and offshore.
