OSWALD “OSSIE” FRANKS

Dr Oswald “Ossie” Franks is the Executive Dean of Engineering at the Nelson Mandela University since July 2013.  Ossie previously held the positions of CEO of the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), Dean of Engineering at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and Project Mechanical Engineer at the Rossing Uranium Mine in Namibia.
